4 star Tokyo Hotel, Shiba Park Hotel, Near Zojoji Temple

My teenaged daughter and I stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave. The hotel itself is basic and comfortable. The food is fair to good. But the service was outstanding. From the desk staff who treated us like family to the waiter who taught me how to promounce "Asahi " beer properly - they were just grand.

We booked this hotel because of its location in Tokyo, it was right by the tokyo tower and very central which for anyone visiting tokyo for the first time is great. The staff were so friendly and helpful and al spoke great english so don't worry if you dont speak Japanese! the food for breakfast was good too-plenty to choose from and i was all fresh. The rooms were kept very clean and they were not as small or crapmed as I was expecting, there was plenty of space. If I was going back to Tokyo I would stay here again
