Japanese sake (liquor) is brewed from rice grains. There are many types of sakes such as “Junmai-shu”, “Honjozou-shu”, and “Ginjou-shu”. These have different brewing processes and different levels of rice polish.
At the workshop, lectures on sakes, its ingredients and history, are given. Guests can also enjoy tasting several sakes.
