Join us for Radio Exercises every morning, and have a healthy stay in Japan!
Radio Exercises are a simple full-body exercise program, roughly 10 minutes long, broadcast daily on public TV and radio to promote public health.
These exercises are familiar to almost all Japanese people, largely from sporting competitions, but they are also used as pre-work stretches at various businesses and workplaces, and local children gather in the park early in the morning during summer vacation to practice them. Children wear stamp card around their necks, and receive a stamp for attending each time. They earn presents based on the number of stamps collected. These exercises have recently become more popular with young people for stretching and weight loss.
During August 2017, Radio Exercises will be held in the Parking.
