The Two-star Michelin Restaurant
Savour the unique ″Cuisine du terroir″ of Tateru Yoshino, owner-chef of the
″Stella Maris″ which opened in Paris in 1997, at Restaurant Tateru Yoshino Shiba, a first class restaurant in Tokyo. The Stella Maris received a 1-Star rating in the 2006 and 2007.
Tateru Yoshino Shiba also has been keeping the Michellin star since 2008 and upgraded to 2 star in 2011. Chef Tateru Yoshino will never stop challenging himself even he has received 1-Star.
