What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to give us, or your travel agent, sufficient notice before the cancel due date. Cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation. Please review the Terms &Conditions of your reservation.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
No, we do not require any credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your room.
We accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, JCB, American Express, Diners, Master, DC, UC, Saison and Union Pay.
Are there any additional charge?
All rates include a 10% service charge,  consumption tax, and the Tokyo Accommodation tax.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please choose the breakfast option on the reservation page if you wish to arrange breakfast, or Contact Us for additional arrangements.
Do children stay free of charge?
Children 6 years old and younger may stay free of charge in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to change/cancel my reservation. How do I do this?
You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to modify or cancel your reservation.


What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
Check-out is 12:00 pm, noon.
Check-in/out times may vary depending on reservation. Please review the corresponding terms & conditions.
Is early check-in available?
Check-in prior to the standard check-in time is available upon availability at the time of check-in but is not guaranteed. An extra night reservation is required if you wish to guarantee an early check-in. In case of early arrival, it is possible to leave your luggage in our storage room for free.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-out is available for 1,000 JPY per hour per room until 4:00 pm. A one night room fee will be charged if you would like to stay later than 4:00 pm. We will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free after your check out.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free before check in or after check out.
Do you have rooms for more than 3 people?
We have Quad Rooms that sleep four people. We would also recommend reserving two or more Twin or Double Rooms, which may be located next to each other or on the same floor upon request and availability.
Do you have connecting rooms or adjoining rooms?
Yes, we have some rooms that interconnect. Please Contact Us for availability and price. We would also recommend you to reserve 2 or more Twin Rooms or Double Rooms, which may be located next door or on the same floor upon request and availability.
Do you have smoking/non-smoking rooms?
Guest rooms at the Shiba Park Hotel are all non-smoking rooms. There is a designated Smoking Room on the 1st floor for guests who wish to smoke.
Will your rooms allow roll-away beds or cribs? Is there a charge?
There are no roll-away beds at the Shiba Park Hotel, but extra beds are available for some room types, and include a surcharge and are subject to availability. Cribs for infants under 1 year are available free of charge, upon availability. Please Contact Us for arrangements.
Is there Internet access?
Yes, both wired and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge in all guest rooms. Wi-Fi access is available in public areas.
What room amenities are available?
All guest rooms have full bathroom amenities, a hair dryer, and sleep wear. Complimentary tea and coffee is also available in-room. Please see the “Rooms” for further information.  
I may have left something in my room. Can you check? And if you find it at the hotel, can you send it to my home address?
We check each room for any left behind items. Should we find anything, we can send it by cash on delivery. Please Contact Us if you have believe you have left something behind.

Do you offer a free shuttle service from/to the airport?
Although we do not provide a free shuttle service, we do highly recommend the Airport Limousine Bus service. Please see “Location” for further information.
Where can I buy or exchange Japan Rail Pass??
Japan Rail Pass must be purchased before coming to Japan at JR designated sales office or agent. To activate your Japan Rail Pass, please go to any JR office. They are spread through most Japanese Airports, such as Narita and Haneda. You can also find them at all the main train stations, located across the country.
